This shop has excellent customer service. The first wreath was lost in the mail. She was watching the tracking and let me know something was wrong. The first wreath was lost. She mailed another wreath and refunded shipping. I did not ask her to do this. The wreath arrived today. Shipped Fedex and its beautiful. I had ordered another one for my front door now I have one that matches for the side door. I cant wait to hang it. I will be ordering from this shop again!
