This super fun witch hat is made of black cotton fabric with polka dots and circles of orange, green, pink, blue, yellow and purple with a sparkle finish applied to the fabric. Decked out with a bright orange organza bow and artificial black and purple feather. This is for decorative purposes only, it cannot be worn. Sets well on an even surface -- it is not suitable for hanging. Stands approximately 14" tall and 14" wide at the brim. This would make a great centerpiece.
